|
| February 19, 2010 |
A Lakeshore, Ont., mother accused of broadcasting over the Internet sex acts involving herself, her toddler-age child and a dog has yet to enter a plea because she does not accept responsibility for the offence. The woman -- who cannot be named due to a publication ban to protect her child -- made a court appearance on Thursday where she was expected to enter a guilty plea on one of the many charges against her. The court heard that a psychiatric assessment for a presentence report found that the woman does not accept responsibility for the offence. The plea concerned a charge of importing or distributing child pornography. © Copyright (c) The Calgary Herald |
